Janus Development’s fluency products are therapeutic devices designed to dramatically reduce stuttering. They employ altered auditory feedback (AAF) in the form of auditory delays (DAF) and frequency shifts (FAF) to provide maximum benefit to individuals who stutter.

They fit behind the ear, or are customized to fit in the ear.  They are worn just like traditional hearing aids.
